This booklet is great to help keep focused on what one needs to do each day to have a successful weight loss. By following it I lost 6 lbs in the first 5 days. About 2 lbs a day starting on the 4th day. It’s handy to have something to check off each thing (food, water) as you go through the day plus it identifies via selection what you can have at each meal. You track your weight each day, the time you have your injection, weight lost, how many glasses of water or tea, etc. I don’t think I would have succeeded on a 500 calorie diet EVER, let along begin a safe weight loss without the help of HCG along with this Daily Diary.
